Assessment toolkit

In order to support Higher Education and Research Institutions in the assessment of their Transformational Gender Action Plans, the INTEGER project team at GESIS-Leibniz Institute for the Social Sciences prepared a number of ready-to-use templates, to be used as tools.

These tools are a complement to the INTEGER Guidelines for the Self-Assessment of Transformational-Gender Action Plans in Universities and Research Institutions.

This kit therefore provides tools for all the different phases of the self-assessment process:

The Check List for the Preparation of Self-Assessments gives an overview of relevant steps to take in the preparatory phase of the assessment of the Transformational Gender Action Plan. Further information on each step can be found in the second chapter of the INTEGER Guidelines for the Self-Assessment of Transformational-Gender Action Plans.

The Data Monitoring Template aims to facilitate the repeated collection of sex-disaggregated data on the representation of women and men in different staff categories and decision-making bodies in the organization.

As regards the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, the toolkit offers three report templates that each focus on one of the three suggested perspectives of the self-assessment: A Context Report Template, a Process Report Template and an Impact Report Template.

Finally, the Self-Assessment (Final) Report Template is aimed to support the writing of the final report, providing a structure and a list of suggested issues to address.
